Presented by Kissel Entertainment, Thrillville Fair returns to the Shrine on Airline for three weeks of classic carnival fun, thrilling rides, midway games, and family-friendly entertainment, running from February 20 through March 8.
Thrillville Fair is one of the top fairs in the New Orleans area, featuring high-flying thrill rides, kid-friendly attractions, carnival games, and all your favorite fair food. It’s the perfect destination for families, date nights, and weekend fun at the Shrine on Airline.
Fair Admission & Ride Pricing
General Admission: $10
Unlimited Ride Armbands: $35 (Friday–Sunday)
Carnival Ride Tickets: $2 each or 22 tickets for $40
Weekly Promotions
Wednesdays: Buy One, Get One Free Unlimited Ride Armbands
Thursdays: Discount Armband Night for Comic Con Day

Bag Policy
Thrillville at Shrine on Airline adheres to a strict bag policy. Please be sure all bags meet the following criteria:
- Clear Bags - plastic, vinyl, or PVC (including clear backpacks, fanny packs, and cinch bags)
- Small Clutches/Purses - non-clear, must be no larger than 4.5" x 6.5".
- Diaper Bags - only with a child present; must be inspected thoroughly.
- Medical Bags - only with the person requiring medical assistance; must be inspected thoroughly.
Cashless Midway
CASHLESS MIDWAY
- Our midway is completely cashless and only accepts credit cards, debit cards, and tap payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- A Reverse ATM is available to transfer cash to a pre-paid Mastercard that can be used at all Kissel Entertainment food and game concessions and ride ticket booths.
- Cash transferred to the pre-paid Mastercard can be used ANYWHERE that accepts Mastercard as payments. You are not limited to using the card on our midway.
- Once cash is transferred to the card, it cannot be converted back to cash.
